Complete the following enrolment form for each child you would like to enrol into Rainbow Children’s Centre Vacation Care Program.

Allow 20 minutes to complete the form and keep in mind, some fields will request similar information, this allows multiple forms to be completed at the one time.

About vacation care

We provide vacation care for children aged 5–12 years. Children must have completed at least one full term of school before enrolling in the program.

Bookings & eligibility

All bookings must be submitted through this form. Late bookings or changes are subject to availability.

Families wishing to claim the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) must complete all required steps before attendance, including confirming enrolment agreements and finalising details through their MyGov account.

Priority may be given to families requiring care for work-related purposes and those who submit bookings by the closing date.

Fees & attendance

Once a booking is confirmed, fees apply for all selected days, including non-attendance.

Additional days may be requested, subject to availability.

All accounts must be up to date before new bookings can be confirmed.

Food & daily requirements

Children must bring enough food for the full day. Occasionally, cooking activities or shared snacks may be provided, but these do not replace meals.

We are a nut-free service.

Program & activities

Our program encourages active play, creativity, and social interaction.

Use of electronic devices is limited and only included when part of a planned activity or in exceptional circumstances.

Belongings

Children are encouraged to take responsibility for their belongings.

We recommend that valuable items are not brought to the program. Any personal devices brought along will be stored safely by staff during the day.

Please note

If you do not provide your date of birth and parent CRN and your child/ren’s dates of birth and CRNs, we are then unable to register your attendance details with the Federal Government’s Child Care Management System and you will be unable to claim Child Care Subsidy.

Parents, after registering with Centrelink and receiving a CCS %, can contact Jodie or Rhiannon on 6686 6621 for a preliminary estimate of net fees payable based on the information you provide after CCS has been deducted (note this is an estimate only & can change if your CCS is adjusted by Centrelink).

Families using our Vacation Care services and wishing to claim Government Child Care Subsidy must complete the setup of the MyXplor parent hub, confirm your complying written agreement & confirm booking in your MyGov site prior to the start of the holidays. We will be unable to process any backdates to claim subsidy after the holiday period & full fee would then apply to your booking.

Excursions

View the planned excursions for the term. By enrolling your child or children for the selected attendance dates above, you give permission for them to participate in these activities.

Accounts are to be paid weekly. Payment can be made via:

  • Bank deposit
  • Credit card by phone: 02 6686 6621
  • EFTPOS at Rainbow’s main office

Please make bookings as early as possible to ensure the days you need are available.
